  • When will the sold out items be back in stock?
    We will update the inventory around 20:00. Updates are not done daily. The timing of inventory updates may change.
  • Can I return or exchange?
    We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but if there are any defects in the delivered product, please contact us from the online store CONTACT within 30 days of product arrival.
  • Are there any papers that are not suitable for posting?
    Posting valuable papers Because the inside is a rubber clip, it is overwhelmingly less likely to be scratched than a metal clip. Depending on the type of paper and the type of printing, there may be scratches. Please refrain from posting valuable papers. Posting photos Most of the photos printed on the Internet or at a photo shop are silver halide prints, which are highly durable and scratch resistant. Most of the photos printed by home printers are inkjet prints, which are not very durable and easily scratched. Even if it is called a scratch, it is a scratch that can be seen even faintly if you strain your eyes. Please refrain from posting important photos. Posting crayon drawings We do not recommend using crayons on the inner clip, as there is a risk of staining the paper that will be posted next time.

    Unfortunately, not all items are available for shipping outside Japan. (Currently, we do not accept overseas shipments.)
